Stay inquiries

Sending the form is free and does not reserve dates or create a rental contract. We check availability and reply with a personalised proposal.

Before any agreement, the written proposal and rental contract specify the stay dates, total price, any taxes and charges, payment terms, any security deposit, cancellation conditions and practical arrangements. No terms from Airbnb or Booking.com are imported into a direct inquiry made through this website.

A stay becomes confirmed only under the terms stated in the individual written proposal and rental contract, never by merely sending this form.

Accommodation and cancellation

Le Turenne accommodates up to eight guests. It is on the second floor without a lift; a covered parking space is included nearby. Pets are welcome. Specific arrangements, including arrival from 5 pm and departure before 11 am, are confirmed in the proposal.

Cancellation and changes are governed by the conditions communicated before acceptance and included in the individual contract. There is no automatic 14-day withdrawal right for accommodation supplied on specified dates.

Personal data

The form collects your name, email, optional phone number, dates, number of guests and optional message to handle your inquiry. Requests are stored in Base44 and a notification is sent to contact@le-turenne.fr. They are not used for marketing or sold.

They are retained according to what is necessary to handle the inquiry and any applicable legal obligations or dispute. To request access, correction or deletion, write to contact@le-turenne.fr.

Site measurement

No Google Analytics or advertising tag is installed by the site publisher. Base44, the hosting platform, includes a page-view count. Its operation and any exemptions from consent are being reviewed; this page does not imply that all platform-level measurement has been disabled.
